General Requirements

1. Passport Scan Copy (Validity should be at least 06 Months from the date of departure)
2. Recent 35 mm x 45 mm size photo with white background mat paper(Hard Copy)
3. Previous Visited Country Visa Copy (Soft / Scan Copy)
4. Original Affidavit (If any name change in passport)
5. GD Copy If Any Lost Passport (English Notarized)
6. TIN & TAX Return Copy (If Available)
7. Bank Solvency Certificate
8. Original Bank statement for the last six months( Must be more than 180 days). Minimum Balance Taka 1,50,000/-for Single Entry
9. National ID Card
10. Visiting Card

For Job Holder

1. N.O.C or  G.O Letter

3. Personal/Salary Bank Statement & Solvency Certificate With Minimum Balance of 150,000 tk (Last 06 Months)

For Businessman 

1. Trade License Notarized Copy with Translate in English
2. Personal Bank Statement, Solvency Certificate With Minimum Balance of 150,000 tk (Last 06 Months)
3. Letterhead Pad

For Students

1. A passport valid for at least seven (7) months, along with the old passport (if applicable).
2. Two recent photographs taken within the last 3 months (white background, photo size 35 mm x 45 mm, matt paper).
3. Bank statements for the last six months with a bank solvency certificate (minimum balance BDT 70,000 for each applicant).
4. Copy of student ID card (If in Bangla, notarize the English translation and submit both versions).
5. Birth certificate (for children and infants).
6. Parent/guardian’s bank statement with solvency certificate and supporting documents (Passport/NID copy, Visiting card, Trade lenience & business pad for businessman).

Additional Requirements

1. Birth Certificate for Infant
2. Marriage Certificate for Newly Married Couple Whose Spouse Name is not Written in Passport
3. Bangla documents must be translated in English with Notarized.
4. All online/offline/hard documents must be in color Copy. (Black & White documents are not accepted).
